My (Current) 2022 Reading List
Today, I thought it would be fun to talk about my current reading list for 2022. Doing TBRs has never really appealed to me for this channel, even though I tend to enjoy that content from creators I love. It isn’t the sort of thing I want to do regularly, because I have so much else that I want to talk about. However, I think that an annual TBR could be fun! That’s what I’m setting out to do today. In this post, I’ll be talking about all of the books that I plan to read in 2022. Here we go!
Iron Gold Reading Blog
I've been reading through Iron Gold throughout much of November. I had hoped to have it finished earlier, but tacking NaNoWriMo onto my litany of other tasks detracted from my reading time, among many other projects and duties that befell me, this month. Additionally, I changed to an overnight (12a-9a) shift, which meant that for at least a couple of weeks, I was sleeping when I should have been reading. Nevertheless, I’ll be wrapping up my reading this week and will have a review for Iron Gold out next Wednesday. In the meantime, I thought it would be fun to put together a reading blog for Iron Gold. This is my first time doing something like this, so bear with me while I continue learning the ropes.
My History | My Path as a Writer
Today, I want to talk about my writing history. I’ve been writing for several years and I never had a good example of what a writer’s path should look like. It was hard to tell if I was doing everything the right way, though there isn’t really a correct way to go about becoming a writer. This isn’t going to be a post giving advice on becoming a writer or suggestions for how to develop your skills--I’ll release something like that in the future. Instead, I’m just going to talk about the things I did historically as I learned to write and found my voice.
Writing | My Current Projects
Since my updates have been sparse of late (though, thankfully, are improving in terms of frequency), I thought I'd provide a bit of a catch-up post relating to my current projects.
Your Job Sucks | Abuse without Repercussion
In this article, I talk about two real-life managers (nicknamed Bill Camelot of Serpent Ranch and Moe Gas of Infoline) who got away with violence and misconduct thanks to an easily-manipulated system.
